DC Circ. Bars Oxfam From Arguments In Dodd-Frank Dispute

Law360, San Francisco (March 8, 2013, 8:07 PM EST) -- The American Petroleum Institute scored a win Thursday when the D.C. Circuit blocked Oxfam America from participating in upcoming oral arguments in its challenge to a Dodd-Frank Act provision requiring companies to disclose what they pay foreign governments for natural gas resources.
