Insurers Lagging On ACA Essential Coverage, Report Says

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 7:33 PM EST) -- Less than 2 percent of currently available individual and family health insurance plans meet Affordable Care Act-mandated minimum coverage standards set to go into effect in 2014, according to a report released Thursday.
