Wash. Senate Passes Bill Limiting Seattle's Sick Leave Law

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 3:32 PM EDT) -- The Washington State Senate on Monday approved a bill that would limit Seattle’s recently implemented law that requires most employers to offer workers paid sick leave, by placing geographical restrictions on the law’s applicability.
