Seneca Says Pa. DEP Improperly Classified Gas Facilities

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- Natural gas producer Seneca Resources Corp. on Monday accused the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection of wrongly classifying two natural gas facilities as a single source of pollution for air emissions purposes, saying they aren't similar enough to be linked.
