Kline & Specter Sues 2 Firms Over GSK Dental Cream Deals

Law360, Philadelphia (March 12, 2013, 4:53 PM EDT) -- Philadelphia personal injury firm Kline & Specter PC sued two California firms in Pennsylvania state court Tuesday, contending the firms violated co-counsel agreements in suits against manufacturers of dental adhesive cream when they reached settlements with GlaxoSmithKline Inc. without Kline & Specter’s knowledge.
