GOP Rep. Wants DOI To Justify Offshore Investigation Unit

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- A Republican congressman has asked the U.S. Department of the Interior to justify the existence of an offshore oil and gas investigation unit it set up in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon disaster, saying it wasn’t clear what the unit actually does.
