He represents debtors and creditors involved with financially distressed businesses, both in and out of bankruptcy proceedings, which involves creditors' rights, loan workout/restructuring and business reorganization/restructuring. He has represented a variety of financially interested parties, including buyers and sellers of property and businesses, financial institutions, insurance companies, unsecured creditors, creditor committees, trustees, receivers, lessors, corporate debtors and individual debtors (in large, nonconsumer bankruptcies). In addition, Jaffe prosecutes and defends commercial contract litigation, foreclosure and replevin proceedings. He currently serves on the board of the Indiana Association for Corporate Renewal, of which he is a past president.
