Insurer Disputes Duty To Defend In Drug Co.'s Pill Mill Suit

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Federal Insurance Co. asked a Florida federal court on Tuesday to declare the insurer has no duty to defend generic pharmaceutical distributor Anda Inc. in an underlying lawsuit accusing the company of contributing to West Virginia's prescription drug abuse epidemic by knowingly providing access to medication for illegal activity.
