FAA OKs Boeing Testing Plan For Grounded Dreamliners

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Boeing Co. edged a little closer to putting its grounded 787 Dreamliner fleet back in the air when the Federal Aviation Administration on Tuesday greenlighted its testing plan for the solutions it proposed to the battery problems that have plagued its fleet.
