Mass. AG Looks Into Source Of Northeast-NSTAR Execs' Pay

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 8:17 PM EDT) -- Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley on Tuesday urged Northeast Utilities System to fully reveal its executives' pay for the previous two years, including pay connected to its $4.3 billion merger with Boston-based utility NSTAR, and whether customers helped foot the bill in the form of increased rates.
