Fed. Circ. Upholds SynQor's $95M Converter Patent Win

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday upheld a $95 million jury verdict in favor of SynQor Inc., which alleged that several manufacturers of power converters infringed several of its patents.

A three-judge panel shot down appeals from several companies — including Artesyn Technologies Inc., Delta Electronics Inc. and Bel Fuse Inc. — that were previously found liable for infringement of five patents held by SynQor, related to power converter systems.
