Fla. Appeals Court Upholds Sinkhole Insurance Limit Decision

Law360, Miami (March 15, 2013, 4:58 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday affirmed the state insurance regulator's decision to deny an insurer's attempt to limit sinkhole loss coverage to one-fourth of the overall coverage amount for the building.
