Health Reform Bill Didn't Follow Protocol, DC Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Two medical associations Wednesday widened another front in the battle surrounding the Affordable Care Act’s constitutionality, telling the D.C. Circuit that new Medicare policies are doomed because health reform was passed without following proper legislative procedures.
