Pa. Enviros Attack Liability Limits In Mine Water Fracking Bill

Law360, Philadelphia (March 13, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A group of Pennsylvania environmental leaders urged state senators in a letter Wednesday to suspend consideration of a bill that would limit the liability of landowners and mine operators that reuse mine water for hydraulic fracturing in oil and gas well development, arguing that its provisions were too broad.
