Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 10:31 AM EDT) -- The London Stock Exchange (LSE) has announced proposals to introduce a new section to its main market, catering specifically to high growth companies looking for a transitional route to the official list. The announcement follows a similar regime introduced in the U.S. for emerging growth companies under the recently enacted Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (the “JOBS Act”).
