Applied Medical Clears Seagate Test In Tyco Case

Law360, New York (December 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A court ruled on Tuesday that Applied Medical Resources Corp. could bring its allegation that a Tyco International Ltd. unit willfully infringed its patent on access ports for surgical instruments to trial, saying it met the new standard for willfulness set by the Federal Circuit earlier this year.
