NJ Law Firms May Have To Alter Names After Top Court Ruling

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that if a law firm in the state operates under a trade name, that trade name must include the name of the attorney responsible for managing that firm, a ruling that could prompt firms across the state to rebrand themselves.
