Judge Shoots Down Suit Over Deer Hunting In DC Park

Law360, New York (March 14, 2013, 6:59 PM EDT) -- A Washington, D.C., judge on Thursday dismissed a suit protesting plans to cull deer in Rock Creek Park using guns and bows, which plaintiffs claimed violated the National Environmental Policy Act and would turn the park into "a killing field."
