NJ Appeals Court Won't Rehash Atty Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Thursday refused to reopen a defamation suit against a lawyer who publicly commented on litigation he had won involving costs for an unstable dam, saying the state's defamation law didn't bar attorneys from offering their opinions to the press.
