DC Circ. Tells CIA To Stop Hiding Drone Strike Docs

Circuit ruled Friday that the Central Intelligence Agency could not refuse to confirm or deny the existence of documents pertaining to targeted drone strikes, limiting a response federal agencies often favor when denying Freedom of Information Act requests.
