Ericsson Can't Add Patent Claims In Samsung ITC Suit

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge on Thursday denied Ericsson Inc.'s attempt to add patent claims to a case alleging infringement by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., saying the case was already very broad and additional claims would harm Samsung.
