Associate Hiring To Stay Flat Despite Rosier Economic Outlook

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- Despite expressing a slight uptick in optimism about the health of the legal market at the close of the year, many managing partners say they expect associate hiring to remain flat and client pressure for discounting to continue, a recent survey shows.
