Associates Make Bank As BigLaw Descends On Texas

Law360, Dallas (March 19, 2013, 7:25 PM EDT) -- As national firms have moved in on Texas’s red-hot energy market, the Lone Star State’s big-gun law firms, among them Baker Botts LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP, are raising salaries and changing their pay structure to keep top senior associates from jumping ship.
