New Insurance Institute to Unite Insurer, Policyholder Attys

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 3:23 PM EDT) -- Members of the Litigation Counsel of America announced Friday that they are forming the Insurance Litigation Institute of America, which aims to address what they say is a lack of collaborative forums in which attorneys representing insurers and policyholders can come together and exchange ideas.
