NRC Tightens Security For Radioactive Materials

Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission will tighten security requirements for using and transporting dangerous amounts of radioactive materials, including enhanced background checks on people with unescorted access to significant quantities of the materials, in a final rule to be published in the Federal Register on Tuesday.
