Law360, New York (March 18, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- An Illinois construction firm urged the Seventh Circuit on Friday to shield it from the Affordable Care Act's mandate that most large employers include contraception coverage in their health insurance plans, saying for-profit businesses are protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
