Ex-Patton Boggs Worker Drops $12M Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 4:22 PM EDT) -- A former Patton Boggs LLP employee has dropped her $12 million sexual harassment suit alleging the firm encourages a culture of drinking she said led to an assault on her at a work function, an attorney for the firm confirmed Tuesday.

Kristine Colombo, a former business development coordinator for the Washington-based firm voluntarily dismissed her suit with prejudice according to a one-page court document filed March 12. Each side will cover its own fees and costs.
