Rothstein Trustee Rips 'Inflammatory' Creditor Objections

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 10:05 PM EDT) -- Blasting objections to his proposed disclosure statement as untimely and inflammatory, the trustee overseeing the liquidation of Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein's firm urged a Florida bankruptcy judge on Tuesday to let creditors vote on a Chapter 11 plan that offers an unprecedented recovery.
