Dura Allows Auto Rival's IP Counterclaims

Law360 (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bankrupt Dura Automotive Systems Inc. has agreed to let its reorganization plan lift restrictions on any counterclaims made by Magna Donnelly Corp. in a patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation suit between the rival auto part manufacturers.
