Philly Toyota Dealer Must Pay $16M For Rental Car Crash

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 1:05 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia physician and her family received a $15.7 million jury award Tuesday for injuries they sustained when their rental car from car-sharing service PhillyCarShare experienced mechanical failure and rolled into a ditch, after jurors found a local auto dealership was at fault.
