Widener Law Can't Shake Fraud Suit Over Postgrad Job Data

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Widener University School of Law must continue to defend a proposed class action alleging the law school fraudulently inflated its postgraduate employment statistics to recruit students after a New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday found the plaintiffs' claims are plausible.
