CVS Worker Weigh-Ins Should Survive Lawsuits

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 10:30 PM EDT) -- CVS Caremark Corp. will no doubt face legal challenges to its decision this week to force employees to pay an extra $600 for health insurance if they refuse to share their weight, blood sugar and other vitals, but attorneys say the company will likely slip the suits as long as the program remains voluntary and the sensitive data secure.
