Ex-NRC Member Touts Market-Based Energy Approach In Fla.

Law360, Miami (March 27, 2013, 7:52 PM EDT) -- A former U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission member urged Florida legislators Wednesday to consider introducing competitive bidding into the state's energy market as they debate repealing the controversial Nuclear Cost Recovery Act that allows utilities to raise rates for the construction of nuclear power plants.
