Insurer Drops Suit Over ACA High-Risk Pool Enrollment

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 6:22 PM EDT) -- Insurer Medical Mutual of Ohio has dropped its suit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the state’s insurance department over who controls eligibility for a high-risk health insurance pool it administers under the Affordable Care Act, according to a filing made Thursday in Ohio federal court.
