Steel Cos. Can Go After Predecessor For Site Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 1:51 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday allowed Valbruna Slater Steel Corp. and Fort Wayne Steel Corp.’s lawsuit against Joslyn Manufacturing Co. over costs related to an environmental cleanup to proceed, rejecting Joslyn’s argument that the claims are time-barred.
