Senate Signals Wide Support For $29B Device Tax Repeal

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Senate on Thursday showed bipartisan support for repealing the Affordable Care Act's $29 billion excise tax on medical devices, voting 79-20 on a nonbinding budget resolution that called for axing the tax.
