Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Florida law firm Brown & Heller PA shut down earlier this week after 38 years specializing in complex securities defense litigation after its sole shareholder Lewis Brown opted to retire and pull back representation of its chief client Citco Group Ltd. in litigation related to Bernard Madoff's investment scandal.
