Gov't Seeks To Toss Chinese-Owned Co.'s Wind Farm Suit

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 6:42 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration pressed a Washington federal judge Thursday to entirely dismiss a suit challenging a presidential order unwinding Ralls Corp.'s deal to to buy four Oregon wind farm projects, arguing the Chinese-owned U.S. company lacks the property interest for due process rights it claims have been violated.
