Calif. High Court Lets Law Firm Fee-Sharing Row Advance

Law360, San Diego (March 22, 2013, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday let stand a decision allowing a California law firm to move ahead with claims against a class action firm that allegedly backed out of the parties’ fee-sharing agreement.
