China Continues Chemical Tariff Streak, Targeting US, Japan

Law360, Los Angeles (March 22, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- China’s Ministry of Commerce announced Friday that the Chinese government has imposed final anti-dumping duties on U.S. and Japanese imports of a chemical used in making tires and dyes, the latest in a series of tariffs China has levied on chemicals imported from abroad.
