Meridian Trustee Opposes Vacating Order

Law360, New York (December 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The litigation trustee in the recently reopened bankruptcy case of Meridian Automotive Systems Inc. has objected to a settlement reached between the auto parts maker and one of its vendors, arguing that it will result in no direct benefit to the company's creditors.
