Edison Unit Rips FERC's Tariff Changes In DC Circ.

Law360, Washington (March 25, 2013, 7:32 PM EDT) -- Southern California Edison Co. blasted the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's decision to nix its proposed transmission tariffs during D.C. Circuit oral arguments Monday, claiming the agency failed to show that the company's rates were unreasonable before substantially revising the proposal under the guise of its regulatory discretion.
