Convicted Pa. High Court Justice To Step Down May 1

Law360, Philadelphia (March 25, 2013, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Convicted Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin, who was found guilty in February of using her judicial staff to work on her political campaigns, announced her resignation in a letter Monday to Gov. Tom Corbett.
