EPA Allowed To Reject Revised Ark. Water Regs, Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 2:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday escaped an El Dorado Chemical Co. Inc. suit accusing it of unfairly rejecting certain revisions to Arkansas water quality standards, after an Arkansas federal judge ruled the agency’s decision was within its authority and not arbitrary.
