Govs. Ask White House To Study Coal Export Climate Impacts

Law360, Washington (March 26, 2013, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Two Democratic governors on Monday urged the White House's Council on Environmental Quality to seriously consider climate change concerns before approving three coal export terminals in Washington state and Oregon, saying the federal government can't ignore environmental issues as it reviews the projects.
