Pa. Sens. Float Bills To Expand Natural Gas Distribution

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 6:43 PM EDT) -- Two Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers on Tuesday formally introduced legislation intended to expand the distribution of state-produced natural gas to consumers across the state.

State Sen. Gene Yaw, R-Bradford, and Sen. Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi, R-Delaware, introduced two bills they say would help extend and expand natural gas distribution systems to residential, commercial and industrial entities that have no or limited access to natural gas, including schools and hospitals.
