WTO Delays Probe Of Indonesia Trade Barriers

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 8:33 PM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization on Tuesday delayed convening a panel to investigate the United States’ allegations that Indonesia has set up trade barriers violating its WTO commitments and unfairly discriminating against agricultural imports after the Asian nation objected to the inquiry.
