Tenn. Gov. Rejects Medicaid Expansion After Plan Setback

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Tennessee will not expand its Medicaid program under the Affordable Care Act this year, the state's governor announced Wednesday, citing a lack of clarity from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on his plan to expand the program using private insurance coverage.
