Court Revives Staffing Co.'s Trade Secrets Claim

Law360, New York (December 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court handed Kelly Services Inc. another shot at an injunction against a former employee on Monday when it found that a lower court failed to properly consider the legal-staffing giant's trade secrets claim against her and to apply the correct state's law when it refused Kelly's bid for an injunction.
