Pa. High Court Won't Review Family Medical Bills Liability

Law360, Philadelphia (March 28, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Wednesday it would not reconsider a lower court’s ruling that medical providers do not need to consider other sources of income before suing the family members of delinquent patients to collect on unpaid bills.
